Our story began in September of 2012

Shake It opened it's doors on September of 2012.  We wanted to be able to offer West Duluth, and all of Duluth actually, an opportunity to enjoy healthy options, fast.  There is a gap in the Northland for fresh, healthy and fast options and we wanted to fill it!  

We offer a variety of protein shakes, fresh veggie smoothies, yogurt smoothies, sandwiches, salads, wraps and MORE.  

And the coolest part....we have a Drive-thru!

A family business

Shake It opened up, September 24th, 2012.    I (Tanya Templer) have always had a dream of opening up my own business.  The time was right, and my husband was on board to take the risk.  We feel so blessed, to have had this opportunity,  and feel very thankful for all of our supporters.
